Penske in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will diagnose, repair, and log work while mentoring others and learning from management. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical vehicle repair certification preferred.
• 6 years of practical maintenance experience on trucks and tractors is expected.
• ASE/608/609 certifications and CDL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot major components such as engines, transmissions and differentials.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use Penske tools for diagnostics and repairs.
• Log work and participate in ongoing technician training.
