Job summary

Penske is looking for a Technician in Tucson, AZ to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You’ll use Penske’s tools and systems to diagnose issues, rotate tires, and keep vehicles safe and road-ready.

You’ll learn Penske's maintenance processes, complete industry certified training, and grow your career with the support of experienced supervisors and a dedicated team. This role emphasizes safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate required tools.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication, plus some electrical and cooling system maintenance.
