Dollar General Fleet is hiring Diesel Technicians in Blair, NE to service and repair Class A trucks, trailers and yard tractors. The role offers hourly pay from $24.00 to $35.00 with weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and company-provided tools.

Formación
- At least one year of experience on Class A trucks.
- Experience with air brakes, hydraulic & electrical systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience required.
- Tire repair experience preferred.
- Perform DOT inspections and compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Diagnose and repair truck and trailer components such as doors, floors, side panels, electrical and air brake systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tractor and trailer equipment, including routine repairs and repair orders.
- Perform maintenance repairs to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles.
- Abide by all company policies and safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues.
- Maintain repairs for Class 8 trucks, trailers and yard tractors.
- Safely operate gauges, forklifts, shunt trucks, torches, grinders, and various hand and power safety tools.
