Job summary
Dollar General Fleet is hiring Diesel Technicians in Blair, Nebraska. The role involves ensuring trucks, trailers, and yard tractors are in working order and compliant with federal standards.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience on Class A trucks.
- Experience with air brakes, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience required.
- Tire repair experience preferred.
- Perform DOT inspections and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair truck and trailer components including doors, floors, side panels, electrical and air brake systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tractor and trailer equipment, including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders.
- Maintain repairs for Class 8 trucks, trailers and yard tractors.
- Abide by all Company policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues.
