Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll work with experienced supervisors, learn Penske’s vehicle maintenance processes, and use advanced diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to follow safety policies (DOT/OSHA) and to use Penske tooling and processes.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance, tires, lubrication, and replacement tasks on gas and diesel engines.
• Collaborate with manager to learn new skills through Penske training and hands-on coaching.
• Take on other projects as assigned by supervisor.
