Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and Penske equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to comply with DOT/OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles and ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and component servicing on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and coaching.
• Contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
