Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a motivated Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will use Penske’s tools to diagnose issues, carry out maintenance, and ensure vehicles are safe and on the road.

The role offers training and growth opportunities, with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer service. You’ll join experienced supervisors and master technicians, learning Penske’s maintenance processes and certification programs while benefiting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and outdoors
• DOT/OSHA safety awareness and willingness to pass screenings

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure safety and reliability
• Use Penske tools and technologies to diagnose and repair vehicles
• Perform preventive maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication
• Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to learn and apply Penske training
• Contribute to other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor
