Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preference for vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to use tools and read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles and ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance including tire rotation and lubrication, some electrical and cooling system work.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
