Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 6–8 trucks and trailers
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) and DOT inspections
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, HVAC, brake, suspension, engine, exhaust, and after-treatment systems
• Repair or replace components including brakes, belts, water pumps, transmissions, tires, lift-gates, and emissions systems
• Utilize computer diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues
• Open, update, and close repair orders using a company-issued tablet or device
• Accurately complete DOT forms, inspection reports, and repair documentation
• Obtain parts from approved vendors and manage inventory as needed
• Perform post-repair testing and test drives to confirm proper operation
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and workmanship
• Perform other related duties as assigned
