Job summary

Cummins in Avondale, AZ is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our service team. You will complete diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a workshop setting under limited supervision.

Job Summary:

Completes diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under limited supervision.

We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in (Avondale, AZ).

• Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop
• Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
• Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
• Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
• Maintain own tools

Qualifications

Mid-Range Engine knowledge

- This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. This roll will be subject to on-going random drug and alcohol testing.

Experience:
Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
