Cox Fleet is hiring a Shop Diesel Technician II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light-to-heavy repairs in a shop setting. You will work under supervision to advance diagnostic skills and maintain vehicle fleets, ensuring safety and reliability for our customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years in related field, or 5 years in related field.
• DOT pre-employment screening and DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on light to heavy-duty vehicles.
• Conduct diagnostics for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work performed on RO.
• Interact with Service Writer to assess customer needs and provide updates.
