• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties on heavy duty vehicles.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Replaces defective components and conducts preventive maintenance.
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine nature of the issue.
• Maintain compliance with safety and DOT guidelines.
