The position requires experience in heavy-duty vehicle repair, diagnostics, and adherence to safety standards. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with first-shift hours and opportunities for merit-based raises and comprehensive health coverage.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certifications or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Experience in mechanical repair of heavy/diesel engines and diagnostics.
• Diagnostics and repairs including AC and electrical systems.
• Minimum 2 years of heavy/medium duty experience.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• All other certification as required by location.

Responsabilidades

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computer when applicable.
• Replaces defective components and performs preventive maintenance.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the complaint.
• Mentors for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.
• Comply with safety, DOT and company guidelines.
