Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing experience; or 4 years' diesel mechanic experience.
• Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma or associate degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school (Preferred).
• Proficiency in diesel engine diagnostics and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance work in a productive, safe manner.
• Inform lead technician when assignments are complete or more work is needed.
• Provide a list of parts required to complete repairs.
• Follow safety, EMS, SIPS and environmental procedures.
