GFL Environmental Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Diesel Refuse Truck technician to perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, and repair hydraulic, electrical, braking, suspension, PTO, and other truck systems to keep the fleet safe and ready for daily operation.

The role offers starting pay of $26-$34 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and a 6am–5pm shift. ASE certification earned adds a .25 bump; benefits include health coverage after 60 days, PTO, tool allowance, boot reimbursement,

Responsabilités

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep Refuse Trucks operating safely and reliably.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure fleet vehicles are ready for daily operation.

Starting Pay: $26-$34/hr. More pay available based on experience, certifications and skill level. Starting Shift: 6am-5pm M-F. OT after 40hrs worked! We pay for ASE testing! Once you get your certs is .25 bump per T Series ASE.
