Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 17+ years old.
• 1+ year experience or trade-school training.
• Able to use hand tools and test equipment.
• Must have own tools.
• Knowledge of general repairs and PM criteria.
• Heavy truck diesel engine diagnostics knowledge.
• Able to adapt to changing technology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for engines/electronics.
• Lift up to 70 lbs; able to handle heavy equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, and forklifts.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and service equipment.
• Safety inspections and FMCSA compliance documentation.
• Interpret work orders and manuals.
• Repair or replace defective parts.
• Test equipment after repair to ensure specs.
• Attend work shifts including nights and weekends.
• Perform additional duties as required.
