Job summary

GFL Industries seeks an experienced Diesel/CNG Maintenance Technician to keep our fleet road-ready. Under supervision, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and CNG vehicles, conduct routine inspections, and perform test drives to ensure proper operation.

Responsibilities include using diagnostic software, completing work orders, and maintaining safety/regulatory compliance. CDL is preferred; ASE certs are a plus. Training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel/CNG maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Experience using diagnostic software preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CDL if not already held within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain Diesel and CNG fleet.
• Perform standard inspections of brakes, engines, emissions, steering, wheels.
• Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions.
• Complete reports and order parts as required daily.
• Ensure safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
