Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 2+ years of tenure at each prior employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control in manufacturing.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize die casting process parameters (melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, pressures, cycle times, die lubrication).
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering, blisters, flash, misruns, thermal shrinkage).
• Set up and validate process parameters for new product launches and existing runs.
• Maintain setup sheets and operating instructions for setup techs and operators.
• Collaborate on trials to improve first-pass yield and reduce scrap.
• Support quality with real-time monitoring and review inspection data.
