Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd in Cedarburg, WI seeks a Process Control Technician to monitor and optimize die casting processes on the 3rd shift. You will analyze critical variables, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements to first-pass yields while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities include fine-tuning machine parameters, documenting setups, and collaborating with QA and engineering to validate changes and minimize scrap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical diploma preferred; must be US-work authorized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize high-pressure aluminum die casting process parameters.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on casting defects and maximize first-pass yields.
• Set up and tune machine parameters for new product launches and production runs.
• Maintain documented process setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to validate changes and reduce scrap.
• Support quality inspections and train operators on standardized processes.
