Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize die casting process parameters (temps, speeds, cycle times).
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects (porosity, cold shuts, misruns).
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for new launches and runs.
• Create and maintain setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with quality/engineering to validate changes and reduce scrap.
• Review X-ray data to ensure parts meet specs.
• Train operators on standardized parameters and practices.
