Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer
• 2+ years of hands-on process control in manufacturing (aluminum die casting, plastics, or metalworking)
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize die casting process parameters (melt temp, shot profiles, injection speeds)
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects (porosity, cold shuts, shrinkage, etc.)
• Set up and fine-tune process parameters for new products and production runs
• Maintain standardization with setup sheets and operating instructions
• Collaborate on production trials to reduce scrap and improve first-pass yield
• Support quality with real-time monitoring and inspection data
• Train operators on standardized parameters and procedures
