Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer, showing career stability.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control in manufacturing (aluminum die casting, plastics, or metalworking).
• High School Diploma or GED; technical diploma preferred; U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize process parameters on high-pressure aluminum die casting cells.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects to drive improvements and yields.
• Set up and tune machine parameters for new product launches and existing runs.
• Document and maintain process setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams on production trials and scrap reduction.
• Support quality inspections and train operators on standardized processes.
