Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an Industrial Melt & Furnace Operator on 3rd shift in Cedarburg, WI. You will manage furnaces, load materials, and ensure alloy quality for aluminum die casting. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities include tapping, skimming, sampling, and basic maintenance while adhering to strict LO/TO and 5S standards. Must live within commuting distance and have U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Career stability with a strict requirement of 2+ years at each previous employer.
• Experience operating industrial furnaces and melting aluminum/zinc/magnesium alloys in a heavy industrial setting.
• Basic math proficiency for weighing and counting materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and charge industrial melting furnaces with raw ingot, sows, and internal scrap material according to melt specs.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull samples for quality analysis and submit to metallurgy lab for testing.
