South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA) seeks a Diaper Distribution Program Support Assistant to provide clerical support for the Family and Community Resources Programs, including the Diaper Distribution Program. Qualifications

• Associate in Arts degree or HS diploma with relevant experience.
• Three years demonstrated computer experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively, independently or cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s License and provide proof of automobile insurance.
• Must pass a background investigation, including relevant criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Accept applications and certify household eligibility by applying program guidelines.
• Prepares and maintains DDP household files with proper documentation and enters data.
• Receive diaper shipments, label diapers, distribute, and enter data into system.
• Provide notice of eligibility or denial and notify households of recertification or needed info.
• Maintain correspondence and program files; assist Programs Manager.
• Perform basic office tasks: phones, filing, supply ordering.
• Other duties as assigned.
