Job summary

South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency in Shelton, WA, is seeking a Diaper Distribution Program Support Assistant to provide administrative support for the Family and Community Resources Programs, including the Diaper Distribution Program. You will perform data entry, file maintenance, ordering, and assist with budgets and inventory.

The role is in-office at the IPC near Shelton, with a starting pay range of $26.15–$27.93 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance,

Qualifications

• Associate in Arts degree or HS Diploma with clerical experience.
• Three years demonstrated computer experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Able to work independently or in a team and hold a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Accept applications and certify household eligibility by applying program guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain DDP household files with proper documentation and data entry.
• Receive diaper shipments, label and distribute diapers, update computer records.
• Notify households of eligibility or denials per program guidelines.
• Maintain program and correspondence files and perform tasks for manager.
• Perform basic office duties including phone calls, file development, and supply ordering.
• Other duties as assigned.
