Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an individual contributor to manage and grow a territory within 50 miles of our Silver Spring, MD surgery center. The role targets dialysis clinics and nephrologists, with a base salary plus quarterly bonuses and a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate has a referral-based healthcare sales background or durable medical device sales experience, and is comfortable traveling up to 80% within the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of related sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the territory within 50 miles of Silver Spring, MD.
• Educate and promote Azura services to dialysis clinics and nephrologists.
• Develop and maintain a strategic sales account plan to grow procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers and identify new referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize campaigns and referrals.
