Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG Hayward clinic in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). No previous dialysis experience is required, on-the-job training is provided, and you will coordinate care for a diverse patient panel within the ESKD team.

You will perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and educate patients and families about treatment options.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN licensure in applicable state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Perform ongoing data collection and analysis during dialysis and adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Lead and train other staff as assigned.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current appropriate state licensure

Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
