Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 for the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assess patients, plan interventions, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians.

The role includes 12 weeks of paid, structured training with a Preceptor and Nurse Educator, plus benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to advance within a leading renal care provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry level RN with <2 years nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential functions under supervision and guidance.
• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and document in records.
• Educate patients and families about learning needs.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy with team support.
• Administer medications per protocol and document justification.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with interventions.
• Serve as a resource and orient new staff.
• Ensure proper lab sample collection and processing.
