Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients on hemodialysis.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to direct care staff as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in patient records and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and respond to emergencies in the dialysis setting.
• Lead and mentor other staff as assigned and support CAP requirements for advancement.
