Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to direct and advance our hospital-based hemodialysis program, implementing policies and procedures for safety and effectiveness. You will supervise dialysis staff, engage with hospital leadership and community partners, and lead efforts to elevate patient care and program performance.

This role places you at the forefront of the program, representing it in management discussions and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Preferred: CRRN certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
