Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead the hospital's hemodialysis program and drive safety and quality of care. You will direct operations, implement policy, and supervise dialysis staff while representing the program in hospital leadership and community settings.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, and CRRN certification, plus dialysis and rehab experience. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and evenings is needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience.
• One year of dialysis nursing experience.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Direct and organize the dialysis program to ensure safe, effective care.
• Implement policies for safety and quality of care.
• Supervise dialysis staff and uphold patient care standards.
• Represent the program in hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address patient concerns and changes.
