Job summary

US Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) in Honolulu to join a cross-functional team providing dialysis treatment under RN/ CN supervision. You will assist with patient stats, prepare and monitor treatments, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to obtain CPR within 90 days, and state/federal training; prior dialysis or CNA experience is a plus, with competitive hourly pay between $19.04 and $30.41.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with dialysis treatment under RN/CN supervision.
• Gather patient stats before and after treatment and monitor during treatment.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after use, and perform safety checks.
