Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team in Hawaii. You will work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision to deliver patient-centered care, monitor patients, and collect samples as ordered by physicians.

You will also manage dialysis machines, perform safety checks, clean/disinfect equipment, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations while participating in required education and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment to patients under RN/CN supervision.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and perform machine safety checks.
• Document treatment steps and log quality-control results.
• Follow safety measures, state/federal regulations, and attend staff meetings.
