Job summary

US Renal Care in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will work under an RN or Charge Nurse, providing safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and assisting with patient care before, during, and after sessions.

You will prepare machines, perform safety checks, monitor patients, and document treatment details, while adhering to all safety regulations. Requirements include a high school diploma, interest in healthcare, and potential CNAs or phlebotomy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment under RN/Charge Nurse supervision.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect equipment, and perform safety checks.
• Monitor patients during treatment and collect samples per physician orders.
• Adhere to safety measures and company policies; participate in meetings and training.
