You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable dialysis, monitor vital signs, and prepare/operate machines; ensure safety, PPE use, and logging quality checks. Qualified candidates include high school graduates with healthcare interest and CNA/phlebotomy experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect machines after treatment, and conduct machine safety checks.
