Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Hawaii is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a dedicated dialysis team. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to provide high-quality care and assist with treatment for patients with kidney disease.

You will help with patient care, monitor during dialysis, collect samples, and perform machine maintenance and safety checks in a compliant, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong patient-care skills and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols and infection-control procedures.
• Willingness to complete required CPR and state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments and monitor patient condition.
• Prepare machines, initiate and terminate dialysis, and collect samples per physician orders.
• Log safety checks and maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
