Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering safe, high-quality dialysis treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse.

You will monitor vitals, assist during treatment, and help ensure patient comfort. Responsibilities include preparing machines, performing safety checks, logging quality control data, and maintaining infection control practices. You will participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with safe, high-quality dialysis treatment.
• Monitor patient vital signs before and after treatment; assist with initiating, monitoring, and terminating treatment; collect samples as ordered.
• Maintain machine readiness, perform cleaning/disinfection, and conduct safety checks per quality control protocols.
