Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• CPR certification may be required within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and assist with vital signs.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate treatment; collect blood samples per physician orders.
• Prepare and disinfect dialysis machines; conduct safety checks and quality control.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations; participate in meetings and training.
