Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Technician to work with a cross-functional team under RN or Charge Nurse supervision. You will assist in providing safe, comfortable dialysis and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.

Role requires completing USRC training within 8 weeks of hire, CPR within 90 days, and obtaining PCT certification within 18 months. A strong commitment to safety and patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Prepare machines, monitor patients, and collect blood samples per orders.
• Perform machine safety checks and logging results for quality control.
