Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will work under supervision to deliver treatment, monitor patient status, and perform routine machine setup and quality checks to ensure safe, high-quality care for renal patients.

The role requires a high school diploma, a willingness to work in healthcare, and basic experience in dialysis or related fields. Training is provided and CPR may be required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect, log safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and company policies under RN or Charge Nurse supervision.
