Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis care under RN or Charge Nurse supervision for patients with renal failure.

You will perform patient care before, during, and after treatment, prepare machines, monitor safety, collect samples, and participate in training to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis; monitor, collect stats, initiate/terminate treatment.
• Prepare machines, disinfect, perform safety checks, log results.
• Follow safety measures and company policies; participate in meetings and training.
