Job summary

Innovative Renal Care provides high-quality dialysis care for patients with ESRD. The Patient Care Technician will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, recording stats, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up hemodialysis machines.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a passion for care, and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs should hold BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record stats, initiate cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
