Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. The role includes monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording statistics, and assisting with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a passion for patient care, and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs must hold BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or applicable state certification for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Record stats and observations; assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.
