Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Naples, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team and provide direct patient dialysis-related care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, initiating and monitoring dialysis, maintaining machines, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Prior healthcare exposure is helpful; CPR certification within 90 days may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis-related patient care under RN supervision.
• Monitor patient vital signs before and after treatment.
• Prepare and operate dialysis machines and log safety checks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and attend required staff meetings and continuing education.
