U.S. Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under RN supervision.

You will assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and treatment setup to ensure comfort and safety for individuals with kidney disease. Responsibilities include monitoring patients during treatment, maintaining strict safety and quality standards, and participating in education sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, perform safety checks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and adhere to policies and training.
