DaVita in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support end-stage renal disease patients in outpatient dialysis clinics. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, assisting patients during life-sustaining dialysis treatments.

The role offers flexible scheduling (3–4 days, 10–12 hours, with some weekend shifts) and paid training with career development opportunities, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma or GED credential.
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers and other care team members.
