Job summary

DaVita in Greer, SC is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients undergoing dialysis. You will provide direct care under RN supervision and assist with life-sustaining treatment in an outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, setting up equipment, and educating patients on kidney health. A flexible schedule and willingness to float between local clinics are required; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Comfortable around blood and medical equipment.
• Physically able to stand for long shifts.
• Willing to float between local DaVita clinics.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis care that is safe, hygienic, and compassionate.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
