Job summary

DaVita Lake Elsinore Dialysis is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of PCT experience preferred.
• Experience in Dialysis (ICHD) preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
