Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe dialysis care, monitoring patient status, assisting with equipment setup, recording vital signs, educating patients, and collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfort around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to stand and work long shifts.
