Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

In this role, you will deliver dialysis care, monitor patients, set up equipment, record vital signs, and educate patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to work in a medical environment around blood and needles.
• Physically able to stand for long shifts and move between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
